PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a conduction member from being caught between a drum shaft and a frame.SOLUTION: A photoreceptor drum unit 4 comprises: a drum element tube 41; a drum shaft 42; a resin frame 43; and a conduction member 5. The drum shaft 42 is inserted into the drum element tube 41, and the resin frame 43 is configured to support both ends of the drum shaft 42. The conduction member 5 is an almost coil-shape spring member that has a first end part 52 on a resin frame 43 side, and a second end part 51 on a side opposite the first end part 52. The conduction member 5 is formed into a tapered shape gradually becoming wider from the second end part 51 toward the first end part 52. The first end part 52 has a first opening 520, and the second end part 51 has a second opening 510.
