PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner and the like capable of effectively carrying out both warming and cooling of interior under application of a heat pipe of which lower part is buried in the ground.SOLUTION: An air conditioner of this invention has the following features. That is, a] each of several heat pipes 1 has circulation pipes 3*13 for circulation liquid Y where working liquid X is encapsulated in a closed vessel 2 having a vertical length and at the same time it passes out of the closed vessel 2 into the closed vessel 2 and again reaches out of the closed vessel 2, a part of the circulation pipes 3*13 is immersed into the working liquid X at the inner lower part of the closed vessel 2. b] the circulation pipes 3*13 have a pump 15 for flowing the circulation liquid Y, c] fins 22 are fixed to an outside part of the closed vessel 2 and an outside part other than the closed vessel 2 of the circulation pipes 3*13 at the ground portion, and d] there is provided a blower 29 for flowing air in interior segment 31 to be contacted with each of the fins 22 and returning it into the interior.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 地中に下部を埋設したヒートパイプを用いて、室内の暖房および冷房を効果的に行えるようにした空調装置等を提供する。【解決手段】 空調装置に以下の特徴を持たせている。a)複数のヒートパイプ１のそれぞれが、上下に長さを有する密閉容器２内に作動液Ｘが封入されるとともに、当該密閉容器２外から密閉容器２内を通って再び密閉容器２外へ至る循環液Ｙの流通管３・１３を有し、当該流通管３・１３の一部が密閉容器２の内側下部で上記作動液Ｘ中に浸漬されたものである。b)上記流通管３・１３に上記循環液Ｙを流すポンプ１５を有する。c)地上部分において、上記密閉容器２の外側と、上記流通管３・１３のうち密閉容器２外の部分の外側とにフィン２２が取り付けられている。d)室内３１の空気を、上記の各フィン２２に接触するように流して室内に戻す送風機２９を有している。【選択図】 図１
