Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure capable of reducing damages on an upper side of a seal lip portion caused by rotations of a shaft-shaped rotator.SOLUTION: A vehicle structure 1 includes a case body 2 into which oil 9 is supplied; a shaft-shaped rotator 3 which has a shaft portion 30 penetrating the inside and outside of the case body 2 and a flange portion 31 provided at a part disposed on the outside of the case body 2 at the shaft portion 30; and an oil seal 41 which has a seal lip portion 41L contacting with an outer end surface 31A in a diametrical direction of the flange portion 31. A part on the case body 2 side rather than the outer end surface 31A in the flange portion 31, has a diameter-enlarged shape gradually enlarging a diameter from an outer peripheral surface 30A of the shaft portion 30, and is equipped with an inclined surface 31B spread from the outer peripheral surface 30A of the shaft portion 30 to the outer end surface 31A of the flange portion 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軸状回転体の回転に伴うシールリップ部の上方側の損傷を低減できる車両構造を提供する。【解決手段】内部にオイル9が供給されるケース体2と、ケース体2の内外に貫通するシャフト部30、およびシャフト部30におけるケース体2の外側に配置される部分に設けられるフランジ部31を有する軸状回転体3と、フランジ部31の径方向の外端面31Aに接触するシールリップ部41Lを有するオイルシール41と、を備える車両構造1である。フランジ部31における外端面31Aよりもケース体2側の部分は、シャフト部30の外周面30Aから徐々に径が大きくなる拡径形状となっており、シャフト部30の外周面30Aからフランジ部31の外端面31Aに至る傾斜面31Bを備える。【選択図】図1 |
