Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cavity filling material having improved processability by good flowability and holding effect, further capable of reducing hexavalent chromium, and a cavity filling method.SOLUTION: There are provided (1) a cavity filling material containing cement, a lime sulfur mixture having pH of 10 or more, oxidation reduction potential (ORP) of -450 mv or less and MgO content of 0.5% or more and water and the lime sulfur mixture of 0.01 to 10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the cement, (2) a cavity filling material according to (1), further containing one or more plasticization material selected from a group of silicates, sulfates, alkali thickening emulsions, and cement minerals, and (3) a cavity filling method including filling a cavity with the cavity filling material according to (1) or (2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】良好な流動性と保持効果によって施工性が改善し、そのうえ、六価クロムが低減できる空洞充填材料、及び空洞充填工法を提供する。【解決手段】(1)セメントとpH10以上で酸化還元電位(ORP)が−450mv以下のMgO含有量が0.5%以上である石灰硫黄合剤と水を含有してなり、セメント100質量部に対して石灰硫黄合剤が0.01〜10質量部である空洞充填材料、(2)さらに、ケイ酸塩類、硫酸塩類、アルカリ増粘エマルジョン類、セメント鉱物類の群の中から選ばれる1種又は2種の可塑化材を含有してなる(1)の空洞充填材料、(3)(1)又は(2)の空洞充填材料を空洞に充填してなる空洞充填工法、である。【選択図】なし |
