Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen gas manufacturing method and a hydrogen gas manufacturing device capable of enhancing a hydrogen recovery amount in hydrogen gas manufacturing by purifying a hydrogen rich gas obtained by dehydrogenation of organic halide with a PSA type adsorption tower.SOLUTION: The hydrogen manufacturing method has a process for conducting dehydrogenation of organic halide by heating in the presence of a catalyst, a process for purifying a hydrogen rich gas obtained in the dehydrogenation process with a PSA type adsorption tower, a process for gas liquid separation of an aromatic compound from an off gas discharged from the PSA type adsorption tower by cooling, and a process for purifying the off gas after the gas liquid separation process with the PSA type adsorption tower. The hydrogen manufacturing device has a reactor for conducting the dehydrogenation of the organic halide, the PSA type adsorption tower for purifying the hydrogen rich gas discharged from the reactor, a separator for gas liquid separation of the aromatic compound from the off gas discharged from the PAS type adsorption tower by cooling and a line for supplying the off gas from which the aromatic compound is gas liquid separated to the PSA type adsorption tower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】有機ハイドライドの脱水素反応で得られる水素リッチガスをPSA型吸着塔で精製する水素ガス製造において水素回収量を向上できる水素ガス製造方法及び水素ガス製造装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の水素製造方法は、触媒存在下の加熱により有機ハイドライドの脱水素反応を行う工程と、脱水素反応工程で得られる水素リッチガスをPSA型吸着塔で精製する工程と、PSA型吸着塔より排出されるオフガスから冷却により芳香族化合物を気液分離する工程と、気液分離工程後のオフガスをPSA型吸着塔で精製する工程とを備える。本発明の水素製造装置は、有機ハイドライドの脱水素反応を行う反応器と、反応器から排出される水素リッチガスを精製するPSA型吸着塔と、PSA型吸着塔より排出されるオフガスから冷却により芳香族化合物を気液分離する分離器と、芳香族化合物を気液分離したオフガスをPSA型吸着塔に供給するラインとを備える。【選択図】図1 |
