Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor starting device which can simply and accurately detect a phase of a rotor of an electric motor, and a control device and a control method.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, an electric motor starting device comprises: a multiphase electric power converter converting a voltage and a frequency of electric power from multiphase AC power supply and supplying the electric power to an electric motor; and a magnetic flux calculation section calculating a magnetic flux of two-axis quantity of a coordinate system at rest as a magnetic flux in the electric motor based on a terminal voltage of the electric motor detected by a terminal voltage detector. The device further comprises: a phase synchronization section converting the magnetic flux of two-axis quantity of the coordinate system at rest into a magnetic flux of two-axis quantity of a rotating coordinate system fixed to the rotor and outputting an estimated phase of a rotor so as to follow a phase of the rotor based on the magnetic flux of two-axis quantity of the rotating coordinate system and a rotation speed of the rotor of the electric motor detected by a rotation speed detector; and a control section controlling operation of the multiphase electric power converter based on the estimated phase output from the phase synchronization section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】電動機の回転子の位相を簡単かつ正確に検出可能な電動機起動装置、制御装置、および制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】一の実施形態によれば、電動機起動装置は、多相交流電源からの電力の電圧および周波数を変換して電動機に供給する多相電力変換器と、端子電圧検出器により検出された前記電動機の端子電圧に基づいて、前記電動機内の磁束として静止座標系の2軸量の磁束を算出する磁束算出部とを備える。さらに、前記装置は、前記静止座標系の2軸量の磁束を、前記回転子に固定された回転座標系の2軸量の磁束に変換し、前記回転座標系の2軸量の磁束と、回転速度検出器により検出された前記電動機の回転子の回転速度とに基づいて、前記回転子の位相に追従するように前記回転子の推定位相を出力する位相同期部と、前記位相同期部から出力された推定位相に基づいて、前記多相電力変換器の動作を制御する制御部とを備える。【選択図】図2
