PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a fuel pump from a supercharger while making an engine compact, in an engine with a supercharger in which a supercharger and a fuel pump are disposed on the same side surface of an engine body.SOLUTION: An engine includes: an engine body 10 which has a cylinder; an intake passage 30 connected to the cylinder; a supercharger 50 provided on the intake passage 30 and disposed at a predetermined interval from a side surface 10a on an intake side in the engine body 10; and a fuel pump 96 arranged on the side surface 10a on the intake side. A distribution passage 70 which is a part of the intake passage 30 is interposed between the supercharger 50 and the engine body 10, and is disposed to overlap the fuel pump when viewed from an upper side of the engine body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 【課題】過給機と燃料ポンプとをエンジン本体の同じ側面に配置した過給機付きエンジンにおいて、エンジンのコンパクト化を図りつつ、燃料ポンプを過給機から保護する。【解決手段】エンジンは、気筒を有するエンジン本体１０と、気筒に接続された吸気通路３０と、吸気通路３０上に設けられ、エンジン本体１０における吸気側の側面１０ａに対して所定の間隔を空けて配置された過給機５０と、その吸気側の側面１０ａに配設された燃料ポンプ９６と、を備えている。吸気通路３０のうちの一部である分配通路７０は、過給機５０とエンジン本体１０との間に介在すると共に、エンジン本体１０を上方から見たときに、燃料ポンプに重なるように配置されている。【選択図】図１５
