Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for producing a mixed material, which are capable of continuously mixing and feeding a powder resin, powders, and a liquid to a melting kneading device or the like, and capable of feeding a mixed material by reducing sticking/deposition to the inner wall of the device and suppressing fluctuation in a raw material composition.SOLUTION: This mixed material producing method is characterized by using a cylindrical mixing tank 4 storing a rotary blade 5, rotating the rotary blade 5 in the mixing tank 4, continuously mixing a power resin with powders and a liquid at the thermal deformation temperature of the powder resin or lower and feeding in a downriver direction, and discharging it as a mixed material. 【課題】粒状樹脂、粉体および液体を連続的に混合して、溶融混練装置等に供給することが可能な混合材料の製造装置および製造方法であって、装置の内壁への付着・堆積を低減し、原料組成の変動を抑制して、混合材料を供給することが可能な混合材料製造装置および混合材料製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】内部に回転羽根5が収納された円筒形の混合槽4を用いて、混合槽4内で、回転羽根5を回転させて、粒状樹脂の熱変形温度以下で粒状樹脂を粉体および液体と連続的に混合させながら、川下方向へ搬送し、混合材料として排出することを特徴とする混合材料製造方法である。また、前記混合材料製造方法を実施するための混合材料製造装置である。【選択図】図1 |
