PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine capable of reducing noise while securing assemblability.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: a washing tub for storing clothing; an outer frame for including the washing tub; and a base member mounted on a bottom part of the outer frame, and having a space substantially at the center position. At a lower part of the base member, a sound insulation plate is mounted so as to cover the space.
