Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module including a three-phase inverter for two systems, the power module being able to reduce inductance in an internal wire.SOLUTION: A power module 3 comprises: a multi-layer circuit substrate 30; and a first three-phase inverter 6 and a second three-phase inverter 7, mounted on the multi-layer circuit substrate 30 so as to be arranged in layers. The positive-electrode-side power source wire 71 of the first three-phase inverter 6 and the negative-electrode-side power source wire 102 of the second three-phase inverter 7 are arranged such that at least respective parts face in a layering direction of the multi-layer circuit substrate 30 and currents flow in both the wires in opposite directions in the facing section.
