Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit structure which suppresses loss and noise and is capable of achieving space saving.SOLUTION: The circuit structure includes a plate-like first conductor piece, a plate-like second conductor piece, and an electronic component. The electronic component is mounted on one main surface of the first conductor piece. The direction of a current flowing through the first conductor piece and the direction of a current flowing through the second conductor piece are opposite to each other.
