Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of suppressing variations in the electric resistance values of a conductive rubber roller 2.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a conductive rubber roller 2 includes: (1) a preheating step of heating a rubber composition containing base material rubber and carbon black to a predetermined temperature t1, and keeping the rubber composition at the temperature t1 for over 10 minutes and 20 minutes or less; (2) a temperature increase step of increasing a temperature of the rubber composition at a speed of 20°C/min or less, from the temperature t1 to a temperature t3 higher than the temperature t1; and (3) a main heating step of keeping the rubber composition at the temperature t3, and causing crosslinking reaction on the base material rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】導電性ゴムローラ2の電気抵抗値のバラツキが抑制されうる製造方法の提供。【解決手段】導電性ゴムローラ2の製造方法は、(1)基材ゴムとカーボンブラックとを含有するゴム組成物を所定温度t1まで加熱し、10分を超えて20分以下の時間、この温度t1にて上記ゴム組成物を保持する予備加熱工程、(2)上記ゴム組成物の温度を、上記温度t1から、上記温度t1よりも高い温度t3まで、20℃/分以下の速度で昇温させる昇温工程、及び(3)上記ゴム組成物を上記温度t3に保持し、上記基材ゴムに架橋反応を起こさせる本加熱工程を含む。【選択図】図1
