Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building ventilation system having an underfloor space including air conditioning function capable of supplying outside air in the underfloor space into a room upon sufficient heat exchanging with earth thermal energy and the like while reducing a construction cost under a constitution in which a heat storage layer for use in heat exchanging the outside air with the earth thermal energy and the like is formed only at a part of the under-floor space.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a building ventilation system comprising: an outside air introduction part 2b for introducing air from the outdoors into an underfloor space; a plurality of partition parts for use in partitioning the underfloor space into a plurality of small spaces and formed with air passages; a heat storage layer 21 arranged in the small spaces in the underfloor space where some heat storage materials such as many cobblestones are accumulated, stored or arranged; and a ventilation fan. The outside air is heat exchanged with items in the underfloor space during a process in which the outside air flows in sequence at insides of each of the plurality of small spaces (from the small space to other small spaces).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外気を地中熱などと熱交換させるための蓄熱層を床下空間中の一部だけに構成して建設コストを低減化させながら、床下空間内で外気を地中熱などと十分に熱交換させてから室内に供給することができる、空調機能付き床下空間を備えた建物換気システムを提供する。【解決手段】戸外からの空気を床下空間内に導入する外気導入部2bと、床下空間内を複数の小空間に区画する、空気通過部が形成された複数の仕切り部と、床下空間内の小空間内に配置された蓄熱層であって多数のグリ石等の蓄熱材が集積、収容又は配置されて成る蓄熱層21と、換気用ファンとを備え、外気が複数の各小空間の内部を(小空間から他の小空間へと)順次流通する過程で前記床下空間内の物体と熱交換されるようにした建物換気システムである。【選択図】図1 |
