Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing that is enabled to be efficiently replaced, enabled an amount of burr generated at mating surfaces to be reduced and at the same time enabled burrs to be easily removed.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a packing, a mold for foam molding, and a foam molding method. The packing has a first seal surface and a second seal surface that are oppositely facing to each other in its thickness direction and at the same time has a plate-like seal part, and a fixing part for use in fixing the packing against an object to be used. The second seal surface is formed with a fluid storing groove and a fluid guide groove. The fluid storing groove extends in an extending direction of the packing, and the fluid guide groove is formed at the seal surface at one side in a width direction, passes from one side end surface in a width direction of the packing up to the fluid storing groove.
