Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the fracture of spacer members caused by the generation of foreign matters and a secular change by making the spacer members for positioning a snap ring 9 hardly damaged without causing the deterioration of workability when spline-fitting an end part 61 of a drive shaft 6 into a side gear 8.SOLUTION: A spline boss part 81 in which a female spline 81a is formed at an internal periphery is arranged at a side gear 8, and a male spline 61a and a ring groove 61b which is fit with the snap ring 9 are formed at an external periphery of an end part 61 of a drive shaft 6. A plurality of spacer members (for example, two rubber rings 91) are attached in a peripheral direction of the snap ring 9 with intervals, and a clearance D in a peripheral direction of the spacer members is set at an integer multiple of a spline pitch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ドライブシャフト6の端部61をサイドギヤ8に嵌め込んでスプライン嵌合させる場合に、作業性の悪化を招くことなく、スナップリング9を位置決めするスペーサ部材に傷が付き難くして、異物の発生や経年変化によるスペーサ部材の破断を抑制する。【解決手段】サイドギヤ8には、内周に雌スプライン81aの形成されたスプラインボス部81が設けられ、ドライブシャフト6の端部61の外周には、雄スプライン61aと、スナップリング9の嵌め込まれるリング溝61bとが形成されている。スナップリング9の周方向に間隔を空けて複数のスペーサ部材(例えば2つのゴムリング91を装着し、それらの周方向の間隔Dをスプラインピッチの整数倍に設定する。【選択図】図2 |
