PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition which has high flame retardancy by addition of a small amount of phosphate or organic phosphate and is excellent in dynamic characteristics; a prepreg; and a fiber-reinforced composite material.SOLUTION: There are provided an epoxy resin composition which contains [A] a bifunctional glycidylamine type epoxy resin, [B] diaminodiphenyl sulfone and [C] phosphate and organic phosphate, where a content of phosphorus atoms in the epoxy resin composition is 0.1-1.0 mass% and a rubbery state elasticity of the cured product of the epoxy resin composition is 12 MPa or less; and a prepreg and a fiber-reinforced composite material using the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】少量のリン酸エステルまたは有機リン酸塩の添加で高い難燃性を有し、力学特性に優れたエポキシ樹脂組成物、プリプレグおよび繊維強化複合材料を提供すること。【解決手段】［Ａ］２官能のグリシジルアミン型エポキシ樹脂、［Ｂ］ジアミノジフェニルスルホン、［Ｃ］リン酸エステルまたは有機リン酸塩を含むエポキシ樹脂組成物であって、エポキシ樹脂組成物中のリン原子の含有率が０．１〜１．０質量％であり、エポキシ樹脂組成物の硬化物のゴム状態弾性率が１２ＭＰａ以下であるエポキシ樹脂組成物、およびそれを用いたプリプレグ、繊維強化複合材料。【選択図】なし
