PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device which can increase a wetted area of a stirred object on a stirring vessel inner wall, can rapidly and securely adjust a temperature of the stirred object, and can uniformize the temperature and density of the stirred object by disturbing of the stirred object according to a turbulent flow caused by an irregular shape.SOLUTION: A stirring device 11 stirs a stirred object b while adjusting a temperature, and includes a stirring vessel 21 for storing the stirred object b inside, temperature adjustment means 5 which is arranged outside the stirring vessel 21 and adjusts the temperature of the stirred object b through the stirring vessel 21, a stirring blade 3 which is arranged in the stirring vessel 21 and rotates and stirs the stirred object b, and drive means 8 which is connected to the stirring blade 3 through a stirring shaft 4 and drives and rotates the stirring blade 3.
