PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fryer conveying device that can fry and cook food of various types and sizes containing clothed food having fluidity.SOLUTION: A fryer conveying device includes: a bar conveyor 13 positioned in an oil tank 5 of a fryer 1 and filled of a predetermined amount of cooking oil O, and having a shaft member in the direction perpendicular to the circulating direction; multiple conveying plates 15, 16 connected to the shaft member in a freely turning manner so as to be substantially overlapped, and conveying food W; an action receiving member extended from some conveying plates of the conveying plates; and a guide member 17 positioned substantially in parallel to the conveyance path of the bar conveyor, and making some conveying plates stand up using the shaft member as a shaft through the action receiving member by coming in contact with the action receiving member. The fryer conveying device is provided in which the standing starting position of some conveying plates can be changed along the conveyance direction of the food of the bar conveyor, by changing the position where the guide member and the action receiving member come in contact with each other along the conveyance direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】流動性のある衣をまとった食品を含む様々な種類や大きさの食品を揚げ調理することが可能なフライヤーの搬送装置を提供する。【解決手段】フライヤー１の所定量の調理油Ｏが充填された油槽５内に位置して、循環する方向と直交する方向に軸部材を有するバーコンベヤ１３と、略重ね合わせるように軸部材へ回動自在に連結され、食品Ｗを搬送する複数の搬送板１５、１６と、搬送板の一部の搬送板より延設される作用受け部材と、バーコンベヤの搬送経路と略平行に位置し、作用受け部材と接触することにより一部の搬送板を、軸部材を軸として作用受け部材を介して起立させるガイド部材１７と、を備え、ガイド部材と作用受け部材が接触する位置を搬送方向に沿って変えることにより、搬送板の一部の搬送板の起立開始位置をバーコンベヤの食品の搬送方向に沿って変更することが可能であるフライヤーの搬送装置を提供する。【選択図】図１
