Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preserving seafood/crustaceans easily without decaying for a long term.SOLUTION: A method for preserving crustaceans or seafood includes: spreading a sheet 2 carrying calcium oxide powder and/or calcium oxide powder on a bottom surface of a housing 3; and placing crustaceans or seafood 1 on the top surface followed by putting water 4 in the housing. It is also preferable to preserve by performing freezing treatment by quickly cooling after putting water 4 in the housing so as to make an ice board body incorporating the sheet 2 and the seafood/crustaceans.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 魚介類・甲殻類等を簡単に長期間腐敗させずに保存する技術を提供する。【解決手段】 筐体3の底面上に、酸化カルシウム粉末又は/及び水酸化カルシウム粉末を担持したシート2を敷設し、その上面に甲殻類又は魚介類1を載置した後、同筐体内に水4を張る。筐体内に水4を張った後、急冷却して凍結処理し、シート2と魚介類・甲殻類等を内蔵した氷盤体となして、保存することも好ましい。【選択図】 図3 |
