Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a fuel cell system from stopping even when outage occurs in a power system of a facility at the time of start-up operation of the fuel cell system.SOLUTION: Because, in a fuel cell system 1, an initial supply amount of raw fuel from a raw fuel supply unit is equal to or larger than a first supply amount, a supply amount of raw fuel corresponding to an auxiliary machine drive power, output from a plurality of fuel cells 23 can reach output equal to or higher than the auxiliary machine drive power in a short time. Therefore, in the case that outage occurs in a power system 91 at the time of start-up operation of the fuel cell system 1, a start-up control unit 8, even when a supply amount of raw fuel at the time of the outage is the initial supply amount, performs control, so that power is supplied from the plurality of fuel cells 23 to an auxiliary machine group 11 to make it possible to continue drive of the auxiliary machine group 11. Thereby, the fuel cell system 1 can quickly shift to autonomous operation in the case of outage at the time of start-up operation, making it possible to inhibit the fuel cell system 1 during the start-up operation from stopping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】燃料電池システムの起動運転時に施設の電力系統において停電が発生した場合であっても、燃料電池システムが停止することを抑制する。【解決手段】燃料電池システム1では、原燃料供給部からの原燃料の初期供給量が、補機駆動電力に対応する原燃料の供給量である第1供給量以上であるため、複数の燃料電池23からの出力が、補機駆動電力以上の出力に短時間で到達することができる。したがって、燃料電池システム1の起動運転時に電力系統91において停電が発生した場合、当該停電時の原燃料の供給量が初期供給量であっても、起動制御部8による制御により、複数の燃料電池23から補機群11に電力が供給され、補機群11の駆動を継続することができる。このように、燃料電池システム1では、起動運転時の停電に際して速やかに自立運転に切り替えることができるため、起動運転中の燃料電池システム1が停止することを抑制することができる。【選択図】図2
