Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device and an optical device, capable of suitably executing screwing with a bolt and a nut even in a case where there is no space for inserting a tool or the like.SOLUTION: A range finder 100 includes a spherical pedestal part 43 and a light source support part 44, which are objects to be fixed, and a bolt 70, a washer 71 and a nut 72, which are fixing members. The light source support part 44 has a first concave part 69 opposite to a convex surface part of the washer 71 adjacent to a head part of the bolt 70, and a screw hole 68 formed on the first concave part 69. The spherical pedestal part 43 has a second concave part 67 opposite to a convex surface part of the nut 72, and a screw hole 66 formed on the second concave part 67. The nut 72 has projection parts 73A, 73B interfering with rotation.
