Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical-shaft type wind power generator configured to have a startability equivalent to a high startability of a drag type wind power generator and have a maximum power generation capacity equivalent to a maximum power generation capacity of a lift type wind power generator.SOLUTION: The rotational position of a blade 6 around a shaft pin P4 is located at a first rotational position by the rotational direction component of the drag when a revolution position of the blade 6 is at a revolution position where the action direction of the rotational direction component of the drag is opposite to the action direction of the rotational direction component of the centrifugal force and when the rotational direction component of the drag is greater than the rotational direction component of the centrifugal force, and is located at a second rotational position by the rotational direction component of the drag and the rotational direction component of the centrifugal force when the revolution position of the blade 6 is at a revolution position where the action direction of the rotational direction component of the drag is in the same direction as the action direction of the rotational direction component of the centrifugal force. When the rotational direction component of the centrifugal force is greater than the rotational direction component of the drag, the above-mentioned rotational position of the blade is located at the second rotational position regardless of the revolution position of the blade 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A 【課題】 抗力型風力発電機の高い始動性と同等の始動性を有し、且つ、最大発電量が揚力型風力発電機の最大発電量と同等であるように構成される垂直軸型風力発電機を提供すること。【解決手段】 軸ピンP4回りの翼6の回転位置は、翼6の公転位置が、抗力の回転方向成分の作用方向が遠心力の回転方向成分の作用方向と反対方向である公転位置であって且つ抗力の回転方向成分が遠心力の回転方向成分よりも大きいときに、抗力の回転方向成分により第一回転位置に位置決めされ、翼6の公転位置が、抗力の回転方向成分の作用方向と遠心力の回転方向成分の作用方向が同一方向である公転位置であるときに、抗力の回転方向成分及び遠心力の回転方向成分により第二回転位置に位置決めされ、遠心力の回転方向成分が抗力の回転方向成分よりも大きいときに、翼6の公転位置にかかわらず、第二回転位置に位置決めされる。【選択図】 図1A
