Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recessed pattern mold which improves a degree of filling accuracy of a liquid to a needle-like recess and a degree of accuracy for positioning a mold, a method of manufacturing a recessed pattern mold, and a method of manufacturing a pattern sheet.SOLUTION: A recessed pattern mold 58 in which a plurality of needle-like recesses are arranged in the form of an array. The recessed pattern mold 58 is a laminate of two or more layers including a first resin and a second resin different from the first resin. In the recessed pattern mold 58, in a thickness direction of the recessed pattern mold, a back surface side of the needle-like recesses comprises the first resin of lower viscosity compared to the second resin, and a needle-like recess side comprises the second resin having higher elongation properties compared to the first resin.
