Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worm reducer which achieves excellent assemblability.SOLUTION: A worm reducer 15 includes a worm shaft 18 including a first end part 18a connected with an electric motor 14 and a second end part 18b opposite to the first end part 18a. The worm reducer 15 includes a bearing holder 50, a cover member 44, and a biasing member 70. The bearing holder 50, the cover member 44, and the biasing member 70 are formed as a unit. The bearing holder 50 holds a second bearing 34 supporting the second end part 18b of the worm shaft 18. The cover member 44 is attached to a housing 17 while closing an opening 17c of the housing 17 from the outer side.
