Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite resin molded body capable of simultaneously solving suppression in darkening of a color of an organic fibrous filler and enhancement in dispersibility.SOLUTION: A composite resin molded body is formed by a molten kneaded product containing a main agent resin 1, an organic fibrous filler 2 and a dispersant, where a content of the organic fibrous filler in the composite resin molded body is 5 mass% or more and 70 mass% or less, and a ratio T of the organic fibrous filler carbonized in the composite resin molded body is 0.1 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】有機繊維状フィラーの濃色化抑制と分散性向上とを同時に解決することが可能な複合樹脂成型体を提供する。【解決手段】主剤樹脂１、有機繊維状フィラー２および分散剤を含有する溶融混練物からなる複合樹脂成型体であって、複合樹脂成型体における有機繊維状フィラーの含有量が５質量％以上７０質量％以下であり、複合樹脂成型体中の炭化した有機繊維状フィラーの割合Ｔが０．１以下であることを特徴とする複合樹脂成型体。【選択図】図１
