Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing device capable of surely recognizing a self traveling state of an own car at moving backward time or second or succeeding moving forward time during car washing, without performing wasteful free running.SOLUTION: A car washing device performs, during first moving forward time of a body frame, steps for: continuously detecting travel positions of a body frame by a travel encoder, while determining a start position SP where the a first vehicle body sensor 10 detects a vehicle body and a second vehicle body sensor 11 does not detect the vehicle body; determining a travel position P2 where the second vehicle body sensor 11 comes to detect the vehicle body; determining a travel position P3 where the first vehicle body sensor 10 comes to no longer detect the vehicle body; determining an end position EP where the body frame comes to complete moving forward; calculating and storing a travel distance c between the start position SP and the travel position P2, a travel distance d between the travel position P2 and the travel position P3, a travel distance e between the travel position P3 and the end position EP. Then, the car washing device determines, during moving backward time or second or succeeding moving forward time of the body frame 1, that a vehicle is in a self-traveling state when the respective travel distances actually measured by the travel encoder are different from the respective travel distances recorded at the first moving forward time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】無駄な空走を行わず、洗車中の復行時もしくは2回目以降の往行時に自動車の自走を確実に認識することができる洗車装置を提供する。【解決手段】本体フレームの最初の往行時に、第1車体センサ10で車体検出・第2車体センサ11で車体非検出の状態を開始位置SPとして走行エンコーダで本体フレームの走行位置を検出していき、第2車体センサ11で車体を検出した走行位置P2と、第1車体センサ10で車体が非検出に転じた走行位置P3と、本体フレームが往行を終了する停止位置EPとを検出し、開始位置SPから走行位置P2までの走行距離cと、走行位置P2から走行位置P3までの走行距離dと、走行位置P3から停止位置EPまでの走行距離eを算出して記憶し、本体フレーム1の復行時もしくは2回目以降の往行時に、走行エンコーダで実測される各走行距離が最初の往行時に記憶した各走行距離と異なるとき自動車の自走を判断する。【選択図】図4 |
