Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsing and cutting mechanism of a synthetic resin bottle and a volume reducing device and a method capable of reliably collapsing and cutting even the synthetic resin bottle having a high restoring force, and reducing volume of such synthetic resin bottle, with a small force according to rotary motion without destroying a neck part.SOLUTION: A collapsing and cutting mechanism includes a first roller having a first roller rugged part and a second roller having a second roller rugged part, the first roller and the second roller being formed of a neck part releasing part and first annular protruded bodies of the first roller and second annular protruded bodies of the second roller being arranged in a zigzag state, and further includes a cutting blade which is composed of a first annular cutter part provided on any one of the first annular protruded bodies and a second annular cutter part which is provided on any one of the second annular protruded bodies corresponding to the first annular cutter part and causes a part thereof to be abutted on the first annular cutter part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 首部を破壊することなく、回転運動による小さな力で、復元力の高い合成樹脂製ボトルであっても確実に押し潰し且つ切断して減容することが可能な、合成樹脂製ボトルの圧潰切断機構及び減容装置並びに方法を提供する。【解決手段】 第一ローラ凹凸部を有する第一ローラと、第二ローラ凹凸部を有する第二ローラと、を有し、前記第一ローラ及び前記第二ローラには、首部逃がし部が形成されてなり、前記第一ローラの第一環状突起体と前記第二ローラの第二環状突起体とが千鳥状に配置せしめられ、前記第一環状突起体のいずれか一つに設けられた第一環状カッタ部と、前記第一環状カッタ部に対応して前記第二環状突起体のいずれか一つに設けられ前記第一環状カッタ部に一部が当接せしめられる第二環状カッタ部とから構成される切断刃と、を備えてなる、圧潰切断機構とした。【選択図】図1 |
