Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve embedded holding of a permanent magnet in a rotor.SOLUTION: A dynamo-electric machine includes: a rotor 5 in which a permanent magnet 3 is rotatably arranged to a circumferential direction; a first stator 7a to which a winding 6a is provided; a second stator 7b to which a winding 6b is provided; and a case 8, and includes a control part 18 that comprises: an electric power supply device 9 that rotates and drives the rotor by supplying an electric power to one winding; and an electric power collection device 10 that fetches out an induction current generated in the other winding by the rotation of the rotor to be driven. The rotor has a cylindrical body in which both ends of a cylindrical part are freely edges, and the first stator or the second stator include magnet gap forming means of forming a radial direction gap by floating the rotor between the first stator or the second stator and the rotor with a magnetism force and magnet position setting means of properly setting an axial direction relative position. The permanent magnet 3 forming each pole of a rotation magnetic field is embedded with an interval of a plurality of small magnets 3p into the rotor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ロータにおける永久磁石の埋め込み保持を向上できるようにする。【解決手段】 永久磁石3を円周方向に配列した回転自在なロータ5と、巻線6aを設けた第1ステータ7aと、巻線6bを設けた第2ステータ7bと、ケース8とを有しており、一方の巻線に給電してロータを回転駆動する給電装置9と、駆動されるロータの回転によって他方の巻線に発生する誘導電流を取り出す集電装置10とを備えた制御部18を有している。ロータは円筒部の両端が自由端の円筒体であり、第1ステータ又は第2ステータとロータとの間にロータを磁気で浮上させて径方向間隙を形成する磁気間隙形成手段及び軸方向相対位置を適正にする磁気位置設定手段を有しており、回転磁界の各極を形成する永久磁石3は、ロータに多数個の小磁石3pを間隔をおいて埋設している。【選択図】図1 |
