Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a vibration control/vibration-free function, while preventing destabilization by taking measures such as the control in the case of installing a vibration control mechanism on an object and controlling a feedback therefrom.SOLUTION: A vibration control device is installed on an object and added with a control force so as to diminish vibration in a predetermined direction. The vibration control device includes: a vibration sensor for detecting a vibration state of the object; a moving mass movably installed in a predetermined direction via a spring element on the object; an actuator installed on the object, driving the moving mass in the predetermined direction, and making its reaction force act on the object; and control means for controlling the actuator so that the driving reaction force of the moving mass becomes the control force to diminish the vibration of the object. The control means includes a velocity feedback control part CP3 and a feedback adaptive control part CP2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】対象物に制振機構を設置しフィードバック制御する場合の制御の仕方に工夫を凝らして不安定化を防止しながら、制振・除振性能を向上させる。【解決手段】本発明の制振装置は、対象物に取り付けて所定方向の振動を減殺するような制御力を付加するようにした制振装置であって、対象物の振動状態を検出するための振動センサと、対象物にばね要素を介して所定方向に移動可能に取り付けられた可動質量と、対象物に取り付けられて、可動質量を前記所定方向に駆動し、その反力を当該対象物に作用させるアクチュエータと、振動センサからの信号により検出される対象物の振動状態に基づき、可動質量の駆動反力が対象物の振動を減殺する制御力となるように、アクチュエータを制御する制御手段と、を備え、前記制御手段は、速度フィードバック制御部CP3とフィードバック適応制御部CP2とを備えている。【選択図】図2
