Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve weight saving of a junction structure of an upper frame and a side frame of a seat back frame.SOLUTION: A seat back frame 10, which forms a skelton along an outer peripheral part of a seat back 2, has an upper pipe 12 (upper frame) which forms an upper skelton of the seat back 2 and extends in a seat width direction, and a side frame 11 which forms a side part skelton of the seat back 2 and extends in a seat height direction. The side frame 11 has: a general surface part 11A which extends in the seat height direction to an extent such that a top edge thereof reaches a portion of the upper pipe 12 extending in the seat width direction, is directed in the seat width direction and is abutted against the upper pipe 12 from a lower side; and a front side flange part 11B and a rear side flange part 11C which so overhang from the general surface part 11A as to be directed in a seat longitudinal direction, and are brought into contact with and are welded to the upper pipe 12 from at least one of the front side and the rear side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】シートバックフレームのアッパフレームとサイドフレームとの接合構造の軽量化を図ること。【解決手段】シートバック2の外周部に沿った骨格を形成するシートバックフレーム10であって、シートバック2の上部骨格を形成するシート幅方向に延びるアッパパイプ12(アッパフレーム)と、シートバック2の側部骨格を形成するシート高さ方向に延びるサイドフレーム11と、を有する。サイドフレーム11は、その上端がアッパパイプ12のシート幅方向に延びる部分に至るまでシート高さ方向に延びており、シート幅方向に面を向けてアッパパイプ12に下側から突き当てられる一般面部11Aと、一般面部11Aからシート前後方向に面を向ける形に張出してアッパパイプ12に前側及び後側の少なくとも一方から当てられて溶接される前側フランジ部11B,後側フランジ部11Cと、を有する構成とされている。【選択図】図2
