Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image processing apparatus which can perform fluoroscopy or imaging by clearly grasping an area of interest in a case where inspection is performed by sharing three-dimensional image data.SOLUTION: An X-ray image processing apparatus calculates the height hof an area of interest appearing in two-dimensional image data on an X-ray image obtained by fluoroscopy or imaging on the basis of the position information of X-ray geometry at the time of fluoroscopy or imaging, and performs display control of the two-dimensional image extracted from the three-dimensional image data in accordance with the calculated height hby acquiring the three-dimensional image data having height information obtained in advance. The X-ray image processing apparatus can display the position of the area of interest on the current fluoroscopy and imaging appearing in the two-dimensional image data and the position of the area of interest in the three-dimensional image data in association with each other in accordance with the height hby performing display control of the two-dimensional image extracted from the three-dimensional image data in accordance with the height h.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】3次元画像データを併用して検査を行う場合において関心領域を明確に把握して透視あるいは撮影することができるX線画像処理装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】透視あるいは撮影する際のX線ジオメトリの位置情報に基づいて、透視あるいは撮影により得られるX線画像に関する2次元画像データに映り込んだ関心領域の高さh1を算出する。一方、事前に得られた高さ情報を有した3次元画像データを取得して、当該算出された高さh1に応じて3次元画像データから抽出された2次元画像を表示制御する。このように、高さh1に応じて3次元画像データから抽出された2次元画像を表示制御することで、2次元画像データに映り込んだ現在の透視・撮影に関する関心領域の位置と、3次元画像データでの関心領域の位置とを高さh1に応じて関連付けて表示することができる。【選択図】図2
