PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of supporting determination of a radiotherapy plan.SOLUTION: The medical image processor has an extraction part and a control part. The extraction part extracts an oblique cross section which is a cross section passing through two points satisfying prescribed conditions, that is, a first point included in a first area that is an area in which radiation is applied and a second point included in a second area that is an area in which it is determined whether there is any impact of the radiation on the basis of the first area and the second area which are specified on the basis of volume data.
