Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant expressing a target protein, a production method thereof, and a method for producing a composition for oral administration of biopharmaceuticals using the same.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a target protein expression system using plant cells. The system provides a method that solves a conventional problem of a plant cell culture. The method allows target proteins including a biopharmaceutical protein to be massively produced and simultaneously provides resistance to proteolytic enzymes present in the digestive organs.
