PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask which can reliably close gaps formed between an upper edge of the mask and the nose and cheeks the user with a gap closing sheet and can effectively eliminate or reduce fogging of spectacles, where the gap closing sheet covers the mask body so that the appearance of the mask is not deteriorated when the user wears it.SOLUTION: A mask body 1 for covering a mouth and a nostril comprises a gap closing sheet 2 with a shape holding member 3 which is attached to an inner upper edge of the mask body 1. A shape of the shape holding member 3 is held so that tension of each of ear hook strings 4 does not act as force to flatten the shape of the shape holding member 3, which is bent according to a shape of a face 7, when the user wears the mask. Gaps S can be closed by the gap closing sheet 2 with the shape holding member 3 without fail since no gap is formed in a part where the face contacts the gap closing sheet. The gap closing sheet 2 fits within the mask 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 マスクの上縁部と鼻と頬との間に形成される隙間を隙間閉塞シートにより確実に塞ぐことができて、眼鏡の曇りを効果的に軽減ないし解消することができるとともに、マスクを装着した際、隙間閉塞シートをマスク本体が覆い、マスクの外観が低下しないマスクを提供する。【解決手段】 口および鼻孔を覆うマスク本体１に、形状保持部材３付き隙間閉塞シート２をマスク本体１の内側上縁部に取り付け、本マスクを装着した際に、耳掛け紐４の張力が顔面７の形状に合わせて曲げた形状保持部材３の形状を平坦化する力として作用しない構造として形状保持部材３の形状が保持され、顔面と隙間閉塞シートとが接する部分に隙間を生じさせないため隙間Ｓが形状保持部材３付き隙間閉塞シート２により確実に塞ぐことができるマスクで、隙間閉塞シート２がマスク1の内側に収まるようにした。【選択図】図１
