PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film which is excellent in collective developability and collective transferability, in order to obtain a laminate pattern having excellent linearity and high resolution on a substrate.SOLUTION: There is provided a transfer film in which a layer (A) and a layer (B) are formed in this order on a surface of a support, where the layer (A) and the layer (B) each contain a colorant, the layer (A) contains 20 wt.% or more of an alkali-soluble resin (A) and the layer (B) contains 20 wt.% or more of an alkali-soluble resin (B) with respect to the total solid content excluding the colorant, and an acid value a (mgKOH/g) of the alkali-soluble resin (A) and an acid value b (mgKOH/g) of the alkali-soluble resin (B) satisfy a relationship of 400≥a-b≥100.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】直線性に優れた高解像度の積層パターンを基材上に得る上で、一括現像性及び一括転写性に優れた転写フィルムを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、支持体の表面に、層（Ａ）と、層（Ｂ）と、が順に形成されている転写フィルムであって、前記層（Ａ）と前記層（Ｂ）とが、それぞれ着色材を含有し、前記着色材を除く全固形分に対して、前記層（Ａ）がアルカリ可溶性樹脂（Ａ）を、前記層（Ｂ）がアルカリ可溶性樹脂（Ｂ）を、それぞれ２０重量％以上の割合で含有し、前記アルカリ可溶性樹脂（Ａ）の酸価ａ（ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇ）と、前記アルカリ可溶性樹脂（Ｂ）の酸価ｂ（ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇ）とが、４００ ≧ ａ − ｂ ≧ １００の関係を満たすことを特徴とする、転写フィルムを提供する。【選択図】なし
