Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining chopping board in which no water is collected on the chopping board or in the groove, in which water can be efficiently flowed out, and in which no water spills over in the lateral periphery.SOLUTION: In the structure of the chopping board, a slope is given to the chopping board to facilitate flowing of water in the draining direction, with a groove 2 arranged to prevent water from flowing out in the periphery. As a method of giving the slope to the chopping board, it can be materialized by a method of incorporating legs 4 in the reverse side of the chopping board, by a method of using a hinge system, by a method of attachable/detachable legs, or by a method of varying the thickness of the chopping board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】まな板上、或いは溝内に水が溜まらず、水を効率良く流し出すことができ、また、横方向の周囲に水がこぼれ落ちない水切りまな板を提供する。【解決手段】水が排出口方向に効率流れ易くするように、まな板に傾斜を付け、かつ周囲に流れ出すことを避けるため溝２を配置した構造である。傾斜を付ける方法は、まな板裏面に足４を一体付けする方法、ヒンジ方式による方法、着脱式の足、まな板に厚さを変化させる方法で実現させることができる。【選択図】図１
