Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to estimate an original actual amount of energy demand on the basis of measurement data on an amount of energy demand targeted for housing or dwelling unit without requiring additional installations of special instruments and relevant information or data.SOLUTION: An energy demand-amount estimation method is configured so as to: acquire data on a combination of measuring time at a prescribed time interval and a measurement value of an amount of energy demand for each measuring time in which a prescribed amount of energy is measured as a measurement unit (S1); and calculate an estimation value of the amount of energy demand for each measuring time with a sum of a square of a difference between the estimation value of the amount of energy demand and the measurement value thereof minimized as an objective function, under a restriction condition about an existence range of a cumulative value of the estimation value of the amount of energy demand, under a restriction condition about coincidence of a total sum of the estimation values of the amount of energy demand with a total sum of the measurement values thereof, and under a restriction condition about a range of a difference between the estimation value of the amount of energy demand and the measurement value thereof (S2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】追加的な特別の機器の設置及び関連する情報やデータが必要とされることなく、対象住宅や対象住戸のエネルギー需要量の計測データに基づいて元々の実際のエネルギー需要量を高い精度で推定することができるようにする。【解決手段】所定の時間間隔の計測時刻と所定のエネルギー量を計測単位として計量される計測時刻毎のエネルギー需要量の計測値との組み合わせデータが取得され(S1)、エネルギー需要量の推定値の累積値の存在範囲に関する制約条件、エネルギー需要量の推定値の総和と計測値の総和との一致に関する制約条件、及びエネルギー需要量の推定値と計測値との差分の範囲に関する制約条件のもとで、エネルギー需要量の推定値と計測値との差分の2乗の和を最小化することを目的関数として、計測時刻毎のエネルギー需要量の推定値が算定される(S2)ようにした。【選択図】図1
