Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mixture polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) yarn; a PTFE yarn which is produced by the production method and is excellent in tensile strength; and a method for reinforcing the PTFE yarn.SOLUTION: A method for producing a mixture PTFE yarn using mixture PTFE powder containing 73-95 wt.% PTFE, 3-25 wt.% MoS, 1-5 wt.% of AlOand 1-5 wt.% of Al(OH)includes: a heat insulation adjustment step of putting kerosine as a solvent into the mixture PTFE powder to keeping a temperature of the mixture PTFE powder; an extrusion step of extruding the mixture PTFE powder of which the temperature is adjusted to be kept to a rod of which a cylinder temperature is 70-90°C and a cross section has a circular or oval shape; a rolling step of rolling the rod into a sheet shape; a folding step of folding the sheet in a multiple form, and passing the folded sheet through an oven at 250-270°C at a speed of 10-40 cm/s; and a drawing step of heating the folded sheet to 450-500°C, and then drawing the heated sheet in a multiple stages at a drawing ratio of 200-600%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】混合物ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)糸の製造方法と、該製造方法によって製造された、引張強度に優れたPTFE糸及びPTFE糸の強化方法の提供。【解決手段】PTFE:73〜95wt%、MoS2:3〜25wt%、Al2O3:1〜5wt%及びAl(OH)3:1〜5wt%からなる混合物PTFE粉体を用いた混合物PTFE糸製造方法で、混合物PTFE粉体に溶剤のケロシンを入れて保温する保温調整工程と、保温調整された混合物PTFE粉体をシリンダー温度70〜90℃で、断面が円形又は楕円形のロッドに押し出す押出工程と、ロッドをシート状に圧延する圧延工程と、シートを多重に折り畳んで10〜40cm/sの速度で250〜270℃のオーブンに通す折り畳み工程と、折り畳んだシートを450〜500℃に加熱後、200〜600%の延伸倍率に多段延伸する延伸工程と、を含む、PTFE糸の製造方法。【選択図】図1
