Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve reliability on a bead spacer in comparison with conventional ones.SOLUTION: A lighting control film 10 at least includes a liquid crystal layer 14 held by first and second laminates 13, 12 having alignment layers 23A, 23B, and drives electrodes 22B, 22A disposed at the first and second laminates 13, 12 so as to control alignment of a liquid crystal molecule 14A of the liquid crystal layer 14 and to control a transmission beam. The first laminate 13 includes a bead spacer 24 maintaining a thickness of the liquid crystal layer 14, on a substrate 21B made of a transparent film material. In the first and second laminates 13, 12, a portion of the second laminate 12 abutting on the bead spacer 24 has a Vickers hardness value B of 11.8-35.9. In planar view of the first laminate 13, a multiplication value A×B is 0.42 or more, with regard to an occupancy rate A as a ratio of an area occupied by the bead spacer 24 on the first laminate 13 and the Vickers hardness value B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
