Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor capable of measuring gas concentration with high accuracy, under a high temperature/high humidity environment.SOLUTION: A sensor portion of a hydrogen sensor has: a gas introduction part 101; a detection space 102; and a joining-over body portion 103. In the detection space 102, a hydrogen sensor board 1 equipped with a hydrogen sensor chip, a humidity sensor and gas temperature sensor board 2 equipped with a humidity sensor and gas temperature sensor, and a condensation preventive heater plate 3 equipped with a condensation preventive heater are installed separately from each other. A plurality of pin 7 are installed, which project out from the joining-over body portion 103 to the detection space 102 and reach the hydrogen sensor board 1, the humidity sensor and gas temperature sensor board 2, or the condensation preventive heater plate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】高温・高湿度環境において、高精度のガス濃度測定ができるガスセンサを提供する。【解決手段】水素センサのセンサ部は、ガス導入部101と、検知空間102と、継ぎ渡ボディー部103と、を有し、検知空間102には、水素センサチップを備えた水素センサボード1と、湿度センサ兼ガス温度センサを備えた湿度センサ兼ガス温度センサボード2と、結露防止ヒータを備えた結露防止ヒータ板3と、が互いに離間して設置されている。さらに、継ぎ渡ボディー部103から検知空間102に突出して、水素センサボード1、湿度センサ兼ガス温度センサボード2または結露防止ヒータ板3にそれぞれ達する複数のピン7が設置されている。【選択図】図4
