Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for generating power under application of high efficiency combustion unit by combining COcirculating fluid.SOLUTION: Advantageously, the method and system of this invention can utilize an electrical power turbine 320 of low pressure ratio and an economizer heat exchanger 420. Further lower level heat from an external source is used and a part of requisite amount of heat for heating re-used COcirculation fluid can be provided. It is possible to recover COderived from fuel and transport it through pipe line pressure.
