Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, although a foreign matter removal by a de-electrifying air blow for injecting ionized air is generally known, in the case of performing a high-speed air blow of a high wind velocity, the ions in the air become liable to neutralize the more for the higher wind velocity so that the de-electrifying effect reduces to make the de-electrification of an object impossible.SOLUTION: A foreign matter removing device comprises air ejection mechanisms of two kinds of a de-electrifying air blow and a high-speed air blow, and ejects the air blow alternately and repeatedly toward an object. The air injection is performed only for a preset arbitrary time period, so that the first air injection and the last air injection at the start may be de-electrifying air blows.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】イオン化した空気を噴出する除電エアーブローによる異物除去も一般的に知られているが、風速の大きい高速エアーブローを行う場合は、風速が大きいほど、噴出された空気中のイオンが中和しやすくなり、除電効果が低減して対象物の除電ができない恐れがある。【解決手段】本発明では、除電エアーブローと高速エアーブローの2種類のエアー噴出機構を備え、対象物に向けて交互に繰り返し噴出する。エアー噴出はあらかじめ設定した任意の時間だけ行い、その開始時の最初のエアー噴出及び終了時の最後のエアー噴出は除電エアーブローになるようにする。【選択図】図1 |
