Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confirmation device capable of confirming whether or not a latent image smoothly moves and can be visually confirmed without occurrence of a non-observation area in considering energy saving and space saving.SOLUTION: A confirmation device of a bright medium which is visualized by having a video effect by a base image due to a change of an observation angle includes at least: an irradiated part for fixing the bright medium in a state of mounting the bright medium while holding smoothness; an irradiation part disposed on the upper part of the irradiated part and moving to a first direction in which a two-dimensional direction of a light source is at least the same as the first direction in a state of holding the bright medium and irradiation light from the light source at a fixed elevation angle; a diffusion part for diffusing the irradiation light from the light source to a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; and a control part for controlling a position and the turn-on/turn-off of the light source.
