Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag capable of improving antenna efficiency with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An RFID tag includes: an antenna 3 for communicating signals with a reader/writer; and IC chip 1 connected with the antenna 3. The RFID tag includes a plurality of connection terminals 5A and 5B in an inner part relative to an outer peripheral edge on an insulation layer on which the antenna 3 is formed, and includes an annular antenna formation area in an all outer peripheral area or an almost all outer peripheral area on the insulation layer, having width in inside and outside directions corresponding to distance between the outer peripheral edge on the insulation layer and the connection terminals 5A and 5B. The antenna 3 is formed in a loop shape so that a conductor line circles around inside the antenna formation area, starting at the one connection terminal 5A as a start point and ending at the other connection terminal 5B as an end point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
