PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body control device that is configured to control a moving body, using reference operation data based on operation data when an accident does not occur when there is present a significant difference between operation data when an accident occurs and the operation data when the accident does not occur.SOLUTION: Collection means of a moving body control device is configured to collect date/time data on a moving body, location data thereon and first operation data thereon, and control means is configured to control the moving body thanks to a comparison result of the date/time data, and reference operation data corresponding to the location data with the first operation data, and the reference operation data is generated from third operation data when a difference between second operation data when an accident occurs and the third data when the accident does not occur satisfies a predetermined condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】事故が発生した場合の稼働データと事故が発生しなかった場合の稼働データとの間で有意な差分がある場合において、事故が発生しなかった場合の稼働データを元にした基準稼働データを利用して、移動体を制御するようにした移動体制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】移動体制御装置の収集手段は、移動体の日時データ、位置データ、第１稼働データを収集し、制御手段は、前記日時データ、前記位置データに対応する基準稼働データと、前記第１稼働データとの比較結果によって前記移動体を制御し、前記基準稼働データは、事故が発生した場合の第２稼働データと事故が発生しなかった場合の第３稼働データとの差分が予め定められた条件を満たしている場合の該第３稼働データから生成されている。【選択図】図１
