Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a compound having high yield, high purity and introduction amounts of a SiOH group and a SiH group of approximately 1:1 by molar ratio in a molecule.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an oligosiloxane compound having a SiH group in one terminal of a molecule chain and a silanol group in another terminal, obtained by a ring opening ligation of a diorgano cyclic siloxane having 3-5 silicon atoms and diorgano hydrogen chlorosilane at molar ratio of 1:0.8 to 1:1.2 to manufacture a chlorosiloxane compound and hydrolysis of the chlorosiloxane compound, where a basic material having a carboxylic acid amide bond represented by the formula -C(=O)N< is used at 0.01-1 mol based on 1 mol of the diorgano hydrogen chlorosilane as a catalyst for the ring-opening ligation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高収率、高純度で1分子中にSiOH基とSiH基をモル比にして約1:1の導入量で併せ持つ化合物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ケイ素原子数3〜5個のジオルガノ環状シロキサンとジオルガノハイドロジェンクロロシランとを1:0.8〜1:1.2のモル比で開環連結反応させクロロシロキサン化合物を製造し、該クロロシロキサン化合物を加水分解して得られる、分子鎖片末端にSiH基を有し他方の末端にシラノール基を有するオリゴシロキサン化合物の製造方法であって、開環連結反応の触媒として、式−C(=O)N<で表されるカルボン酸アミド結合を有する塩基性物質をジオルガノハイドロジェンクロロシラン1モルに対して0.01〜1モル用いることを特徴とする該オリゴシロキサン化合物の製造方法。【選択図】 図1 |
