Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it has been difficult to make a scraping part of a belt cleaner exactly abut on a wide-width belt due to the existence of irregularities in a width direction in a return-side belt, and on the other hand, there is a method for adjusting a height of a square rod-shaped rubber-made elastic body in which a width of a scraping plate is finely divided by pushing up the body with bolts, however, the number of the square rod-shaped rubber-made elastic bodies becomes large, and it takes a time and labor for work at a lower part of the return-side belt, thus causing problems in terms of safety and an environment.SOLUTION: By attaching a fixing shaft which is attached with a spring to a square rod-shaped rubber-made elastic body, and inserting the shaft into a guide hole formed at a bottom plate of a pedestal, the square rod-shaped rubber-made elastic body can be easily aligned on the pedestal, and by pushing up the square rod-shaped rubber-made elastic body until a spring reaches a set warpage amount, the square rod-shaped rubber-made elastic body and a return belt can be automatically adjusted to proper pushed states. Also, by fastening thrust bolts at both ends of the pedestal, the square rod-shaped rubber-made elastic body can be fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】戻り側ベルトは幅方向に凹凸があるため、幅の広いベルトにベルトクリーナの掻き取り部を正確に当接させるのは困難であった。掻き板の幅を小分割した四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体を、ボルトで押し上げて、高さ調整をする方法があるが、四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体の数が多くなり、時間を要することや、戻り側ベルトの下部での作業となり、安全面や環境面で問題があった。【解決手段】四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体にスプリングを装着した固定用軸を取付け、架台の底板に設けたガイド穴に挿入することにより、四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体を簡単に架台に列設できるようにし、四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体を、スプリングが設定撓み量になるまで押し上げることにより、自動的に四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体と戻り側ベルトを、適切な押し付け状態に調整できるようにした。又、架台両端のスラストボルトを締め付けて、四角形棒状ゴム製弾性体を固定できるようにした。【選択図】図1
