Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having a low viscosity capable of being ejected by an ink-jet method, etc., at a low concentration, capable of increasing its viscosity after being discharged and retaining its shape, and capable of minimizing adverse effects on cells, the composition allowing a structure comprising cells and/or extracellular matrix components to be easily and efficiently formed by the ink-jet method, etc.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a composition comprising cells and/or extracellular matrix components and a compound (A) satisfying Condition 1 described below. Condition 1: In an aqueous solution or aqueous dispersion (B) in which the content of the compound (A) is 0.2% by mass, the ratio (α/β) of a viscosity (α) at a shear rate of 2.25 (1/s) at 25°C to a viscosity (β) at a shear rate of 45.0 (1/s) at 25°C is 2.0 or higher and the viscosity (α) is 10 m Pas or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】低濃度で、インクジェット等による吐出可能な低粘度を有し、吐出後には増粘して形状を保持することが可能であり、細胞への悪影響を極力抑えて、インクジェット等により細胞及び/又は細胞外マトリックス成分含有構造体を容易かつ効率的に形成することができる組成物を提供する。【解決手段】細胞及び/又は細胞外マトリックス成分、並びに、下記条件1を満たす化合物(A)を含む、組成物。条件1:化合物(A)の含有量が0.2質量%である水溶液又は水分散液(B)において、25℃におけるせん断速度2.25(1/s)の時の粘度(α)と、25℃におけるせん断速度45.0(1/s)の時の粘度(β)の比(α/β)が2.0以上であり、粘度(α)が10mPa・s以上である。【選択図】なし
