Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air shielding device for a server system, which can surely prevent sneaking-in of the hot air discharged from a discharge port by closing an upper surface of a passage between rack rows without any gap, and can expedite energy saving by effectively efficiently performing air conditioning inside a server rack.SOLUTION: A hot air shielding device comprises gate-shaped main frames 11 standing on and fixed to the outer surfaces of front and rear end parts of a passage 4, a pair of beam bodies 12 bridging the pair of main frames 11, and shielding panels 13 installed between opposite surfaces of the beam bodies 12. The shielding panel 13 is formed of a rectangular panel frame 38 and a panel body 39. Guide recesses 30 for supporting the shielding panel 13 are provided in the opposite surfaces of the beam bodies 12. A group of shielding panels 13 are placed on the guide recesses 30 in a close contact state from one ends to the other ends of the beam bodies 12 to shield the upper opening of the passage 4 by the group of shielding panels 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ラック列の間の通路の上面を隙間なく塞いで、放出口から排出された熱気の回込みを確実に防止でき、サーバーラック内の空気調和を効果的に、しかも効率よく行って、省エネルギーを促進できるサーバーシステム用の熱気遮蔽装置を提供する。【解決手段】熱気遮蔽装置は、通路4の前後両端の外面に起立固定される門形のメインフレーム11と、一対のメインフレーム11を橋絡する一対のビーム体12と、ビーム体12の対向面間に装着される遮蔽パネル13を備える。遮蔽パネル13は、矩形状のパネルフレーム38と、パネル体39で構成する。ビーム体12の対向面に、遮蔽パネル13を支持するガイド凹部30を設ける。ビーム体12の一端から他端にわたって、一群の遮蔽パネル13を密接する状態でガイド凹部30に載置して、通路4の上開口を一群の遮蔽パネル13で遮蔽する。【選択図】図1
