Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conductive sheet having adhesiveness with a heat generator and a radiator while maintaining properties of a matrix resin, excellent in tensile strength and exhibiting excellent thermal conductivity compared to when packaged.SOLUTION: The thermal conductive sheet has a resin layer formed on both surfaces of a base sheet, the base sheet is manufactured by interlacing fibers carrying a thermal conductive filler for carrying with a surface shape and filling a resin between fibers, and a thermal conductive filler for dispersion is dispersed in the resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】マトリックス樹脂の特性を維持して発熱体と放熱体との密着性を有し、かつ引張強度に優れつつも、実装時により優れた熱伝導性を示す熱伝導シートを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の熱伝導シートは、ベースシートの両面に樹脂層が形成された熱伝導シートであって、上記ベースシートは、担持用熱伝導性フィラーを担持した繊維が面状に交絡し、かつ、上記繊維間に樹脂が充填されてなり、上記樹脂層に分散用熱伝導性フィラーが分散されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
